Foxfire, Hi-hat Ranch, Lakewood, Laurel Oak, Saddle Oak, Saddle Creek, and Gator Creek are just a few neighborhoods east of 75 that have over an acre of land.

But what about being close to the beach you ask? Honestly, you are only 15-20 minutes from the beautiful sands of Siesta Key, Lido Beach and Longboat Key. How many of our northern friends can say they can get to a beach in 20 minutes? Not many!

Living east of downtown has its benefits, the main one thing is that you can get more for your money the further east you go. Other benefits include less traffic, quicker access to I-75, and closer to the mega stores like Walmart, Target, Lowes and Home Depot.

Horses? Cattle? Goats? Ducks? If these animals are in your life, there are many animal friendly developments east of 75 that will give them space to run!
